Doggy Doggy Where's Your Card?

Greetings! Enjoying the last part of my summer...what's left anyway. Looks like today we will actually see the sun.
Today's post features some cards I whipped up yesterday. I purchased the product long ago, but it has finally made its way to the craft table. These little doggy cards were created with papers from the Junebug line from Basic Grey, this particular paper is called Aggie. I just cut the dog images out and added some pop-dots. Polka dots are my favorite and I found these brown ones on the back of some papers from imaginecsence. The paper strip was again cut from some BG papers and then punched with an EK Success boarder punch-loves those too. Sentiment was created with stamps from Gelatins.
Archiver's has decided to carry Natural cardstock (color name) and I just love it! It goes along with all the brown and distressed papers I enjoy using.
I also purchased some denim at JoAnn's to attempt die cutting it with my Cuttlebug. On this card I cut some flowers with my Quickutz die and stitched it together to add the ruffles. Lastly, I added a button. Too much fun.
Just purchased some polka dotted felt from Creative Cafe that I will showcase on some soon to be made cards. Enjoy!

Home Sweet Home

Greetings! There is a lot of tornadic activity right now. The sirens have been going off every few minutes. So I think we are in the all clear now:)
Anyway, today's post has to do with homes. What kind of home do you live in? A small one, a BIG one, or one that is just right for you? My exercise instructor recently purchased a home in West St Paul. She already owns a home in Woodbury, but wants to move closer to her grandaughter, so she bought a new home.
I received a blackboard album from Cosmo Cricket a ways back when they hosted the Crop Around Town event for Scrapfest. So here I am posting what I created with it. I used papers from the Basic Grey line (Junebug) and added quotes, stamps from Unity Stamps and all sorts of die cuts.
My favorite part that I added is the tule from the chimney. I love it!
Hope you enjoy!

Get Well Card

Greetings! I had my vacation away from the kids last week and got a lot of scrapbooking done. So here I am today posting a card my husband asked me to make for one of his coworkers. He told me to not make it girlie. This got me to wonder, do I have any masculine stamps? No I don't. So I headed to Michael's to purchase some Jolee's By You. I found a fish and deer set.
That leads me to today's post: Get Well Soon (with fish).
I used the standard card size on this card. I added some embossing with my Cuttlebug and papers from BG (Periphery). Ribbon/jute from Michaels. Enjoy.
